men broken by fatigue, covered with white sheets, dead on a beach
as they were horses with a broken neck covered with towels on a running track

let’s wind back

in front of the terrified men in panic on the boat, the waves of the sea
the waves of the sea like a rope held tight at the ends by a crane

behind the terrified men still the sea, and far beyond  their home, but there is no way back
behind them the sea again as a tightrope and there is no way out, no there is no way to go back!

other men the smugglers, they want to complete their task, win the race, throw these men as cannon fodder down in the sea 

the smugglers beat up men who throw themselves into the sea, they cannot swim and drown in the waves of the sea a few meters from the shore
like a terrified horse that snaps forward, falling on the tight rope, breaking his neck and falling to the ground dead

around them, men, ferrymen smugglers .... there is an audience

the audience is immediately stunned into silence ....
   right after some weep,  some help,  other despair,  some hope that it was just a nightmare,
it can’t be true, no!
not even horses are treated like that!
