those coming from afar
because hunger hurts
because torture is scary
because war is a killing machine
because the children have nothing to eat
because mothers have no water to drink
because kids have no more free land to play

those who come from afar to fill their life
with
  life
because it has always been empty
  always
at least since their fragile and precarious always is

those coming from afar
because because

because

and those who have been here all their life
 and do not know
or do not want to remember that their fathers their grandparents too came from far away

those who has been here forever and in their heart they fearthey will end up alone with a glass half full in the hands

alone
with a glass half full
in their hands

those who have been here all their life
and those coming from afar
maybe one day they will meet
maybe something can be done to make them meet before
before it's too late

before it's too late
and so be it
