peace absolute value

peace 
absolute value, 
born and living in eternity 
but evidence of it is to be found
only in this fragile and precarious present time

what a gigantic assignment to reconcile these elements 
  for us all born and living 
in space and time of a breath of wind! 

and yet nothing else is given to us for the moment 
nothing else we know 
only consume us, in the attempt
  of getting back to that house in which we all feel in our hearts we belong 

nothing is given to us to know and to seek 
under this sky, under this sun, 
only peace 
passion 
and compassion 
and so be it
