by these peripheries of the world
you beg for instructions to your fellow men
you find little or nothing
between the thousand secrets of their fears without smell
and then lost and unanswered you espect wisdom and care from the unknown out there
and you can even make believe it does not hurt
and call it god if you do not know names
then you cruise into the silence that you despise
and pretend not to ask for words
but the pain you hide does not go far away,
nor does it rest on any other man shoulder
it remains suspended on the world as a thin blade
I confident wait for you at home
pretending not to know that
with your full hands you are the slave of time
not me smelling the dust
master man
